And Then We Were Four

So a lot has happened since my last entry here.  I rejoined the corporate world last 2014 and resumed my career in headhunting by signing with an Australian recruitment firm.  Great working environment, flexible hours, amazingly cool boss, and the pay and perks are not bad at all.  Happy and more financially secure, the hubby and I thought it was the perfect time to grow our family.  August 2014, I became pregnant with another baby girl. Nine uneventful months later, I gave birth to our beautiful Maxine Angela.

She was born May 30, 2015.  I wanted her to be a Taurus but this little one did not want to come out of mommy’s comfortably tummy.  I had to be induced to coax her out. Eight pounds and 26 ounces of cuteness greeted me after about 15 minutes in the delivery room.  (Oh well, she at least made it in the month of May and what can I say, May celebrants are just amazing people :p ) Now, she is 5 months old and fits in so naturally into our hearts and lives.

At two months, she is smiling like a pro.

Three months and growing rounder and rounder by the minute.

Daddy and his two angels. Hmmm, lacking one more perhaps?

So now after a long period of silence (no excuse really except that I was too lazy to make time to write), I am inspired once again to fill this blog with my adventures in motherhood and family life.  I plan to share this with my girls when they are of age so that they can see what our life was like during their early years.  I hope that through this, they will always know how much we love them.
